Where do I go to Sign In / Join or edit my account?
You’ll find a “Login/Join” link in the top right corner of every page. You can also click here directly. On the login page, you can register to become a vigrlab member or log in to your existing account by entering your email address and password. Once you’ve registered and logged in, you’ll find a “My Account” link in the top right corner of every page. Clicking this “My Account” link will allow you to change your address, adjust your preferences, view your order history, edit your account, and more.
How do I view my past orders?
First, make sure you are logged in. Then click on the ‘My Account’ link in the top right corner of the screen. This link will take you to your ‘Account’ page, which includes an ‘Order History’ link where you can view all of your past orders.
I'm having trouble logging into my account.
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We recently updated our website, and to ensure customer security, all accounts now require reactivation.
You will need to enter the email address associated with your previous account and create a new password.

If you have any order confirmations or transactional emails in your inbox, the email associated with this account is likely one we have on file for your customer account.

How do I activate my account?
Existing customers can simply reactivate your account using your previous email address. You’ll need to provide your first name, last name, email, and a new password. This will keep all your information and order history in one place.
New customers, you can create an account here. Creating an account will allow you to easily track your orders, save shipping information, and access other special offers exclusive to our valued customers. You can also create an account after placing an order on the order confirmation page.

Piping Rock products are proudly made in the USA. We rigorously control every aspect of our production process, including manufacturing, testing, labeling, packaging, and shipping, to ensure the highest product standards.
Transportation and Delivery
Where is my order?
For US orders: When you order through vigrlab, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment.
For international orders: You may or may not receive a tracking number depending on the shipping method you selected.
How is my shipping cost calculated?
Our shipping rates are based off the calculated weight of your order. Please note we do not make any money from the shipping charges on your order. Our phone operators are not able to waive shipping fees.
Can I change my address after my order was shipped?
We’re sorry, once an order ships, we cannot change the address, cancel, or otherwise stop shipment.
What are the different methods of payments that you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal. Please note, we are unable to process prepaid or gift credit cards at this time.
I just placed an order, can I add to it?
We’re sorry, once an order is placed, you cannot add, delete or alter it. If it has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order so it can be replaced with the additional items.
How can I cancel my order?
You have 60 minutes to cancel an order after it is placed. This can be done by going to the Order History tab under My Account.
When will I get an order confirmation?
You can expect an order confirmation containing the details of your order via email within 24 hours – but usually this order confirmation will be emailed to you within moments of completing your order.
When will I get a shipping confirmation?
VigrLab is proud to offer same-day shipping on most orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST). Once your order leaves our supply warehouse, we’ll send a shipping confirmation via email. You’ll typically receive shipping confirmation within 24-48 hours of placing your order.
What happens if I have an item that is on backorder?
On the rare occasion that an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email right away. Your in-stock items will ship immediately, while backordered items will ship as soon as they are available — at no additional cost to you.
